Job Title: Administrator

Job Type: Permanent, Full time. This role is office based, working hours are Mon – Fri 8:30am to 4:30pm with half an hour for lunch.

The Role:
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our friendly team. The role requires proficiency in various administrative tasks, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Your main responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
1. Providing support to the Contracts and Estimating Teams
2. Assisting in the preparation of Health and Safety documentation
3. Accurately maintaining schedules for Measured Term Contracts, collating information and completion paperwork
4. Dealing with enquiries via telephone and email from both internal and external sources
5. Completing detailed work, proofreading/correcting errors in documents
6. Performing various clerical tasks, such as typing, filing, photocopying and preparing documents
7. Monitoring of subcontractor database and requesting updated certificates
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
8. Strong administration skills with keen attention to detail
9. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
10. The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and the ability to learn new computerised systems
*Previous experience within this sector is not essential as training will be given.
