Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Technical Librarian to join our Technical / CAMO team, based in Hampton Wick.
Role purpose
Your main responsibility will be reviewing regulatory and OEM service documentation and processing these within the One Air CAMO software, Swiss AS, AMOS. In addition to this, you will be supporting the AMOS team with routine responsibilities for the team to ensure they can execute their roles correctly.
Your Key Responsibilities:-
* Review of all regulatory websites applicable to the One Air fleet for Airworthiness Directives
* Review of all OEM service documentation (Service Bulletins, Modifications) as required by the Technical Service team
* Review of the latest Boeing MPD information to include MPD, Taskcards
* Distribution of the above documents through AMOS and ongoing management of outstanding reviews
* Review subscriptions for correct access and renewals
* Weekly Service Documents review to ensure all are appropriately assigned
* Supporting the Maintenance planning/AMP manager with any administrative tasks when required
* Provide a weekly report demonstrating any overdue Technical Assistance Queries within the AMOS system
* Managing ongoing revisions of already released documents to ensure the latest approved data is always available
* Ensure Technical Library processes and procedures are implemented and allow for a closed loop audit
Continuous Improvement
* Working closely with the Technical Records team to support with an increase in workload
* Work closely with Technical Services engineers and Maintenance control Engineer departments.
* Work closely with AMOS team.
* Contributing to continuous improvement across processes and systems and team working.
Key skills, knowledge, Experience required: (i.e. those required to fulfil the role, including qualifications):
* Knowledge or experience within aircraft Technical Librarian environment preferable.
* Knowledge or experience of AMOS is strongly desirable.
* Demonstrates flexibility, versatility, pro-active and being dynamic in previous roles
* Demonstrates commitment to continued professional development.
* Must have good computer Literacy skills, competent with MS office (word, excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
* Demonstrates excellent administration and organisation skills.
* Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Adaptable and Creative.

The role is based remotely with the possibility of attending the head office in certain events however this will be agreed with prior notice.
