Joining Sainsbury's as an Account Director means being at the forefront of driving business growth and delivering exceptional client experiences. You'll play a pivotal role in leading client relationships, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and championing creativity as a catalyst for market change.
What you'll do
1. Lead client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring client satisfaction.
2. Take the lead on the zest stakeholder relationship, focusing on complex strategic and creative projects.
3. Act as a business partner for internal clients, developing a deep understanding of their market challenges and business objectives.
4. Foster enduring and trustworthy relationships, proactively identifying opportunities for expansion.
5. Collaborate with Planners to develop and implement strategic responses for brand business and communication needs.
6. Champion creativity and collaborate with project management and production for seamless integration of work.
7. Galvanise the team through mentoring and coaching, demonstrating emotional intelligence and creative problem-solving skills.
Who you are
You will have proven experience at Account Director level, with an integrated channel background, although digital channel experience is essential. You’ll be able to hit the ground running from day one. You’ll be strategic, have a passion for great creative, build strong relationships quickly, and be an exceptional communicator. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, and be a solution-focused ‘can do’ person.
