Salary: GBP22500 - GBP23000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday – 37 hours per week. Early finish of 4:30 on Friday!

If you are an experienced Office Administrator looking for a new opportunity, this could be the perfect role for you!
Our client is looking for a highly organised, team player to join their friendly team. You will ideally have Microsoft Excel experience.
Key duties will include:
* Reporting directly to the Division Manager
* Processing purchase orders using Sage 200
* Raising purchase orders and generating invoices
* Liaising with suppliers and customers via phone and email regularly
* Handling customer order and delivery queries
* Scheduling installations as required and updating all parties
* Updating customer and product spreadsheets
* Undertaking other administrative duties for the team
Experience:
* Highly competent in Microsoft Excel
* Excellent team player
* Experience in Customer Service and Administration
* Excellent attention to detail
* Highly organised
