The Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the team in the smooth running of the kitchen operation, ensuring high standards are met at all times
* Develop nutritious and diet-sensitive menus that cater to our residents' needs, using fresh and seasonal produce wherever possible
* Supervise and train junior chefs, promoting a positive and supportive team culture
* Maintain accurate records and control food costs, working closely with the Head Chef and other senior staff members

What You'll Need:
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Senior Chef or equivalent, preferably in a care home or hospitality setting
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
* Demonstrable experience of menu planning, budgeting, and stock control
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding resident expectations
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
