Broadmeadow is a care centre that provides short term placements, assisting people to regain their independence and meet their aims and objectives. We offer a short stay service for adults with physical needs, Dementia or other cognitive impairment who require rehabilitation, assessment or respite. We are able to offer you a comprehensive induction package. This will include mandatory training as well as access to multiple personal development courses. You will already hold an NVQ/Diploma Level 2 or equivalent. We can also offer this programme to the right candidate if not held upon commencing employment. The annual starting salary for this post is £24,040 based on full time hours of 37 hours per week, with performance related progression up to £25,002.
