Role Overview
Our Auto Technicians are technically skilled and experienced in providing excellent customer service, ensuring we wow every Halfords customer. This role is key in delivering a great customer experience by providing a wide range of expert vehicle fitting services across car parts and technology. You will carry out most of this work yourself and oversee the training of other team members. All work is performed in our car park to high standards, and your practical problem-solving skills and efficiency will ensure our customers keep coming back!
Candidate Profile
Ideally, you have experience in a retail or automotive/mechanic environment. However, if you can demonstrate expert practical skills and experience tailoring your approach in a customer-focused sales environment, we can support your development.

1. Technical knowledge and expertise in fitting car parts and technology, including stereos and dash cams

Position Details
This is a permanent part-time role based in our Canterbury store, with core hours of 20 per week. Shifts include:
* Saturday 9:15 am - 6:00 pm
* Monday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
* Thursday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
* Friday 8:00 am - 2:00 pm
