We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join the Frontier team, based at Witham St Hughs on a full-time permanent basis. We are open to hybrid options for this role, with the right candidate working 3 days from the office and 2 days from home.

* Some experience of delivering marketing activity
* Excellent organisational skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Impactful communicator
* Experience in agricultural is not essential, however a passion for learning about the sector is a must!
* Someone who wants to be part of a high performing marketing and communications team and have some fun along the way!
Your Role
As a Marketing Coordinator your role will involve:
Working closely with the Customer Marketing Executives and wider marketing and communications team to support with the smooth implementation of all marketing and communications activity across the Frontier portfolio of products and services including seed, crop nutrition and protection, agronomy, precision farming technologies and grain trading.
As well as offering day to day marketing support across a wide range of marketing channels there will also be a focus around supporting the coordination of our national and local events programme.
* You will support with the implementation of marketing activity across a range of communications channels
* You will be responsible for elements of key projects
* You will develop a wide network of stakeholders across the Frontier business to ensure marketing and communications activities are embedded with our internal colleagues too
* You will see work through to completion, aligned to clear and specific objectives and goals
* You will have the opportunity to input creative ideas into the next chapter of Frontier’s exciting story!
