Newquay Tretherras is a good school and our community deserve it to be an exceptional one.
We have incredible students achieving highly and succeeding in a range of opportunities on the County, South-West, National and even International stage. Our next phase is to ensure this excellence is accessible to all, ensuring all our learners are self-regulated, with a scholarly approach and access to aspirational life choices.
You will need to have leadership credibility, coupled with experience of leading a team to secure excellent outcomes. We are looking for a leader who has a rigorous methodology to implementing strategy, pays real attention to detail and can hold the line that sets our high expectations.
We are looking for someone who understands the importance of radical candour in the meeting space; of someone who has humour and perspective in the workplace; and of someone who has passion and dedication, thriving in the magnitude and importance of what we do as school leaders.
If you are interested in being part of a school on a journey to excellence, assisted by Trust Executive leaders who are generous in their support and in the sharing of their expertise, we'd love to hear from you. This is an exciting time for Newquay Tretherras and we're looking forward to meeting those who want to be a part of it.
