• Manage the restaurant’s customer service operations, taking orders at the counter, over the phone, and through the delivery apps, and ensuring high standards of service delivery.
• Train the customer service team to achieve excellence in guest satisfaction both in the restaurant and with delivery orders.
• Resolve the customer complaints and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and increase customer retention.
• Manage special customer promotional campaigns for the restaurants and in the delivery apps to increase the customers footsteps
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in both restaurants and take-away orders
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and conducting performance reviews.
