Ashton Recruitment require a Customer Service Administrator for our client based in the Duncrue area of Bel-fast. Position: Customer Service Administrator Location: Belfast Duration: Temporary Permanent Rate of Pay: Between £25,000 and £26,000 Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, 08:30-16:30 This person is responsible for order processing, managing order updates, directing telephone calls and emails. This person will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth customer interactions and the efficient processing of or-ders. This office-based role requires excellent communication and organizational skills. Duties include (but not limited to): Manage the efficient processing of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Collaborate with the relevant departments to ensure all customer orders are fulfilled to satisfaction. Keep customers informed about the status and progress of their orders. Provide timely updates on order processing and delivery times. Direct telephone calls and emails to the appropriate departments or individuals. Ensure prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries and concerns. Consistent high-level customer service Essential Criteria: Highly organized and efficient in managing tasks and responsibilities to meet stringent deadlines. Adept at directing customer inquiries and ensuring they reach the appropriate departments. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with staff and customers. Familiarity with company policies. Compliance with the organization's rules regarding processes and procedures according to the relevant standards. Responsible thinking and communication according to the Integrated Management System.
