Main duties of the job o You will join an experienced, passionate & dedicated team that works across Berkshire to provide ADHD assessments and on-going care to children, young people and families. oThis role is based in Slough/Maidenhead. oThe main responsibilities of the role will be conducting an ADHD assessment for children and young people as well as managing a caseload of children and young people who have an existing diagnosis of ADHD and to arrange and conduct their medication reviews which include taking some physical observations. o You may have to make onward referrals to other services within the CFAA division. o We work closely with other teams within the CFAA service as well as partnership agencies and voluntary services that support children, young people and families pre and post assessment.
