Therole
The Office Manager is a key roleensuring that the daytoday office runssmoothly.
The role will be responsible for allkey Tidal HQ areas ensuring that Tidal systems processes andprocedures run effectively.
As an experienced Office Manager whohas previously led small teams improving their quality and deliveryyou ll be:
* conducting monthly andquarterly staff performancereviews
* workingcollaboratively with the Director the ability to engage effectivelywith the team and liaise with the Director isparamount
* writingdaily weekly and monthly reports highlighting key facts team keymetrics and your oversightreflections
* ensuringthat sufficient staff cover is maintained including holidayrequests and effectively managing sickness absence (with thesupport of HRDept.)
* Identifyingand reporting training needs trends successes and issues to theDirector
* Ensuringagreed systems spreadsheets processes and procedures are followedcurrent accurate and compliedwith.
