Job Title: Experienced SEN Tutor

Job Duties:
1. Provide tailored educational support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
2. Develop and implement individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities.
3. Utilise various teaching methods and resources to engage and support SEN students in their learning.
4. Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as necessary.
5. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
Required Qualifications:
- A relevant teaching qualification
- Experience working with SEN students
- Strong understanding of SEN principles and best practises
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an SEN tutor
Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
- Knowledge of relevant SEN legislation and policies
- Strong organisational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate qualification in Special Education
- Experience working with a diverse range of SEN students
Working Conditions:

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
