How do you fit in?
The role of Key Account Advisor is responsible for monitoring the day-to-day operational performance of the account. Usually, the first point of contact for any client escalations, queries or issues, the Key Account Advisor will maintain ongoing communication with the client and liaise with relevant internal teams to ensure the timely resolution of issues while delivering outstanding customer service.
What you'll be doing day to day
1. Develop and maintain positive relationships and regular communication with key client contacts
2. Deal with client queries and day-to-day issues that impact the clients’ operation.
3. Work with relevant internal departments to ensure client issues are resolved as effectively and quickly as possible
4. Monitor operational performance and identify any issues
5. Work with the Account Manager to identify improvements and potential future opportunities for the client account
6. Assist the Account Manager with creating reports
7. First point of contact for internal teams that need support on a matter relating to their client.
8. Set up new users and sites on Cloud systems
9. Maintain and update client information in Freedom and the customer service desk manuals.
10. Review and approve uplifts
11. Follow up overdue tasks (over 30 days)
12. Attend client operational meetings and site visits
13. Assist Account Manager with client projects

Additional information about the role
This role is 20 hours per week. Your working pattern would be Monday to Friday. Our core hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm, we're open to discussing how you work these hours so long as it's in-between our core hours.
As this is a fully remote role, we like to meet candidates in person so shortlisted candidates will be invited to an assessment day on Monday 31st March 2025 at our office in Colchester, Essex. We're a nice bunch though so you should have fun!
