Business Development Representative - United Kingdom (Hybrid)
Telent is looking for a new addition to the Sales & Marketing team as part of the Network Services division. We seek a driven, enthusiastic, and forward-thinking Business Development Representative to join our team and help build and develop relationships within the Emergency Services, Public Sector, Government, Utilities, and Nuclear sectors. This role involves working through a Telent training plan and collaborating with our Warwick and Camberley offices at least one day per week, alternating weekly.

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a multi-faceted role that is crucial to Telent’s go-to-market strategy. As you grow in this role, we will help you chart a career path within Telent.
BDR - Responsibilities:
* Gain comprehensive knowledge of Telent, our offerings, and the markets we operate in to educate prospects.
* Work closely with the Sales team to support the sales pipeline and growth by researching target accounts and key stakeholders within these accounts.
* Create and coordinate campaigns for prospect accounts based on research of your assigned territory.
* Perform targeted outreach via phone calls, emails, social media, and creative efforts to generate interest in Telent’s offerings and sell the benefits of our services.
* Follow up with warm inbound leads from marketing and convert them into meetings and new business opportunities.
* Analyze and report on weekly activities and pipeline generation efforts.
BDR - Ideal Candidate:
We seek resilient, driven, self-motivated candidates who adopt a practical working approach. You should have relevant experience in a sales environment, especially outbound sales, with the ability to generate and identify new business leads. Experience from other industries is welcomed. A university degree or equivalent is preferred, along with some office work experience.
