Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
2. Create engaging content tailored to each platform that aligns with the brand's voice and objectives.
3. Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities.
4. Analyse performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
5. Manage online communities by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the brand at the forefront of social media marketing.
7. Coordinate public relations efforts to enhance brand reputation and visibility.
Skills/Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in social media management and public relations is essential.
2. Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
4. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
5. Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics software.
6. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation.
7. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Schedule: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Salary: £31,000 – £34,000 yearly
