Multinational Organisation Partnership Opportunity
We are thrilled to be partnering with a well-recognised, multinational organisation based in County Fermanagh, who currently require a highly experienced, results-driven Human Resources Director on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with all parts of the business, working hard to ensure the implementation of a world-class HR service. The role will also have a major focus on talent management, ensuring the organisation is attracting and retaining the best talent in the market.
This is a generalist role focused on helping shape the HR strategy and ultimately meet the organisation's long-term commercial goals. The successful Human Resources Director will be expected to be both operational and strategic, sitting as part of the Senior Leadership Team.
The role includes full autonomy for the organisation's HR activities, working in partnerships with key stakeholders across the business. You will support ongoing organisation development, assisting with the management of change programmes, driving resourcing standards, playing a pivotal role in the delivery of key people projects to enable sustained growth.
The successful candidate will report to the Managing Director, advocating for the employer's vision and values, committed to driving the overall company culture, alongside day-to-day HR duties.
The successful Human Resources Director will also support senior stakeholders by driving the learning and development strategy to meet future business needs, as well as supporting on succession planning, to ensure the business is developing their best talent internally.
The role requires experience in a Senior HR Manager role, with a proven track record of exceptional HR delivery. Ideally, some TUPE experience is desirable. The successful candidate will possess people management experience, with a proven track record of developing team members, as well as experience of performance management at all levels.
Key requirements include a degree in a relevant discipline and CIPD Level 5 qualification, with experience working in a complex environment. Extensive employee relations experience, combined with strong legislation knowledge, is also essential.
