Job Role: FM Contracts Manager
Area: London/ South East
Salary: £55k - £60k
My client is looking for a FM Contracts Manager to run a large contract over various locations. As Contracts Manager, you will need to have come from an M&E background and have worked within the commercial facilities management sector.
This role will be covering Kent & London.
Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing PPM and Reactive Tasks
2. Surveying minor works enquiries and advising clients of cost-effective solutions
3. Maintaining client relationships face to face, in meetings and onsite
4. Gathering Estimates and preparing quotations
5. Pre-planning labour and material requirements for current and upcoming projects
6. Prepare Risk Assessments and Method Statements
7. To ensure that progress reports are completed each month
8. Manage external suppliers and contractors
The ideal candidate will be:
1. 3 Years minimum experience in a facilities management role.
2. City & Guilds in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
3. Health and Safety qualification, SMSTS, CSCS Managers black card essential.
4. A good broad knowledge of building maintenance, including Electrical and Mechanical tasks.
5. Full driving licence
