Job Summary:
* We are currently representing a role on behalf of our client who is a market-leading UK manufacturer who has a strong reputation for quality, innovation and customer service.
* They are now entering an exciting phase of growth after central changes within the business in recent years and are now looking to appoint a UK Sales Manager to lead and develop their national sales team.
Main Duties:
* Lead and develop a national team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Execute a structured sales strategy aligned with the company’s wider growth objectives.
* Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities, including specification-based sales.
* Monitor sales performance through KPIs, pipeline analysis and team reviews.
* Collaborate closely with internal departments (marketing, customer service, technical) to ensure seamless customer experience.
Person Specification:
* Demonstrable success in managing and developing high-performing sales teams
* Strong understanding of specification sales within the construction or industrial markets.
* Willingness to travel across the UK as required.
* Commercially astute with excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
