You will be working as a Courier Driver (Mercedes Sprinter / Ford’s Transit) across the Glasgow area and will be expected to complete:
1. Completing 60/80 drops per day (postcode Deliveries)
2. Some occasional warehouse duties if there is not enough driving work.
3. Ensuring all goods are delivered in a safe and legal manner within highway code guidelines and following safety, health and environmental standards.
4. Working as a team to ensure a quality product is produced for the client and targeted volumes are delivered.
The standard working hours for this role are 08:30 to 18:30.
What experience do I need?
My client wants someone who's got a background in delivering products in a professional way, and offering good customer service. Simply, no minimum number of years, but must pass assessment.
You'll also need to be the following:
1. Category B Driving licence.
2. Able to provide 2 years work history (gaps over 28 days need a gap reference - obtained for you by us!)
3. Prepared to undergo a UK criminal check (paid for by us for you!)
4. Able to pass cargo operative security training - level CO (paid for and provided for you by us!)
5. Able to pass driving assessment.

This Courier Driver position offers a basic salary between £13.42 to £15.57 per hour. You also have the ability to earn overtime in this role.
