Our client, a global agrichemical business, would like to hire 2 administrators to be based fully on-site at their location in Grangemouth.
This global company will offer technical IT training for their in-house systems for document management and SAP for the right candidates.
Roles:
1. One role will be focused on team support, meeting and greeting at their reception, and some diary and meeting management.
2. The other role will be more focused on document management.
They have a 6 month and 12 month duration respectively, with lots of opportunities to extend in the roles.
Requirements:
Some experience of either document control or office administration is essential, along with knowledge of MS Office.
