SEN Teacher – Multiple Roles Available Across Lancashire
Are you an experienced SEN Teacher or looking to transition into special education? Teaching Personnel is recruiting for multiple vacancies across Lancashire, working within SEN schools, SEMH provisions, and Alternative Provisions. We have both temporary and permanent opportunities available, tailored to suit your requirements.
About the Roles:
As an SEN Teacher, you will:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to students with additional needs, including autism, ADHD, SEMH, and complex learning difficulties.
Adapt teaching strategies to support pupils with EHCPs (Education, Health, and Care Plans).
Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment to help students reach their full potential.
Work closely with Teaching Assistants, therapists, and support staff to implement individual learning plans.
Manage classroom behaviour effectively using positive reinforcement and de-escalation techniques.

Who We’re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching students with SEN, SEMH, or in an alternative provision.
Strong understanding of differentiated learning and behaviour management strategies.
A passion for supporting children with additional needs.
Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
