Salary: £23,800 basic (OTE £28K - £30K)

About The Role
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about AV to join our team. This is a key role in assisting the AV manager to operate sound, audio, and occasional lighting systems within a corporate environment. Different levels of experience are welcome as training is provided, depending on previous knowledge of AV.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assisting the AV manager in running live events
2. Working with projection screens and small PA systems, ensuring proper setup and smooth operation
3. Monitoring equipment during live events
4. Setting up and putting away equipment
5. Providing on-site technical support
Requirements
1. Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure
2. Interest in the live event industry
3. Hands-on technical knowledge
4. Able to collaborate and work in a team
5. Flexibility to work, if called out on short notice
