About the role We're looking for a skilled and driven CRM Manager to take ownership of our HubSpot platform. In this central role, you'll be the go-to person for ensuring our CRM is fully optimised to meet the needs of our sales, marketing, and customer success teams. Reporting into the Revenue Operations Manager, you'll play a crucial part in customising, updating, automating, and streamlining processes, while also providing technical support, creating actionable insights, and driving full CRM adoption. Your Responsibilities: Take ownership of the CRM system (HubSpot), overseeing its functionality, managing user access, and ensuring its effective use across all departments. Customise the CRM platform to fit the unique needs of the company and ensure it aligns with business objectives. Provide technical support, investigate and resolve reported issues or defects within the CRM system. Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights and track key performance indicators (KPIs). Design and maintain automated workflows and processes to help teams work faster and more efficiently. Train staff on proper CRM use, ensuring full adoption and effective utilisation across sales, marketing, and customer success teams. Lead the rollout of new CRM features and products within the team, ensuring optimal platform usage and adoption. Ensure customer data is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with ISO regulations and industry standards. Skills and experience valued in your role: Ideally 1-2 years HubSpot experience Strong understanding of CRM customisations, workflow automation, and process improvements. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills Experience working across sales, marketing and customer success teams Familiarity with other sales and marketing tools (6sense, Honch, Sales Nav) What if you don't have all the skills we're looking for?
