I am working with a global client who are currently deploying Workday and looking for a Workday Data Analyst to join their team.
You must have experience in Workday deployments, with a broad understanding of the Workday data fields. The idea candidate will have 1 years experience as a Workday Data Analyst.
Your primary objective will be to manage and analyse employee data as part of the deployment of Workday across the globe, working with the local and technical teams to ensure consistency, clarity and accuracy across each data set.
The successful candidate will bring with them prior experience of managing large data sets, and will be entrepreneurial in their methods for obtaining, understanding and verifying data. They will have the ability to understand and reflect business priorities in their approach to data management and reporting. Additionally, they will contribute to data-driven decision-making, process optimisation, and overall HR strategy alignment.
You will work closely with peers in the technical project team to drive data accuracy and suitability for Workday set up.
You must be able to translate complex data requirements into easily digestible formats for diverse audiences, including local HR teams and key programme stakeholders
