Supporting children on a 1:1 basis. Delivering PSHE and Emotional Literacy interventions Feeding back to class teacher and SENDco Liaising with parents Build excellent relationships with pupils Follow advice given by SENDCo and class teacher and SEND support plans/EHCPs. Motivate children and help them to stay on task Reinforce and promote independent learning. Assist children with physical difficulties/disabilities Build children’s confidence and enhance self-esteem Implement behaviour strategies as outlined in our policy. Adhere to safeguarding requirements Attend regular training.
