Fife Supported Living Serviceprovides support to adults with a learning disability, autism and/ or mental health challenges within Fife. The service is currently supported from a staff base in Cowdenbeath and is operating over two sites. Each Team Leader has their own allocated caseload and plays a key role in ensuring the delivery of high quality care and support, monitoring the quality of the service and engaging with the people being supported to ensure their outcomes are met and their voices are heard.
We are looking for a FemaleTeam Leader (39 hours) who will be responsible for leading and managing a staff team through mentoring, supervision, appraisal and team development opportunities. The successful candidate will be an experienced social care professional with some management experience or evidence of self-development to support taking the step into a management role. The successful candidate will also have extensive experience in working in a person centred way, awareness of Positive Behaviour Support Planning, Risk Assessment and the ability to effectively manage their time and prioritise their objectives.
