Komfort Partitions divides spaces by designing and manufacturing internal glazed and solid partitions with integrated door sets.
We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join the team.
The purpose of this role is to support the Sales and Estimating teams, qualifying all new enquiries into the business, and ensuring estimating quotes and tenders are actively chased and managed with customers. This newly created role will support our customers and colleagues ensuring excellent customer service is provided to all.
Main duties
Single point contact for approved installer customers
Communicating with customers daily
Ensuring all enquiries are dealt with in an efficient manner
Requesting further information from our customer base to assist estimating
Creating CRM log / references and setting up tender files
Managing referral enquiries and chasing quotations
Providing administration support to the external sales team
In-house management of sub-contractor accounts
