What your days will look like: The Manager within the Business Partnering Team serves as the primary contact for Finance and business decision support, collaborating closely with Finance Leaders and coordinating a team for effective business performance and decision-making. The role involves working with business leaders to drive financial improvements, prepare plans and budgets, and report on business performance, emphasising a collaborative and people-first approach. Managers gain exposure to various critical Finance functions, build relationships with Business Partnering teams, Finance Directors, and business leaders, and can develop skills in areas like team development, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management. Responsibilities include offering strategic insights, managing revenue and cost forecasting, ensuring financial control and compliance, and supporting complex engagements with commercial advice and performance analysis. This role is for you if: Must possess a relevant finance qualification (e.g., CA, ACA, CIMA, ACCA) or an international equivalent. Or have equivalent work experience. This includes international candidates who qualify through experience in their home country. Demonstrated application of accounting standards, including IFRS 15. Proven ability using data/dashboard systems primarily Alteryx and Power BI. Focus on continuous improvement in work processes. Excellent relationship-building skills, fostering trust with key stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Excel, Alteryx, and Power BI, with a technology-enabled mindset.
