We are actively seeking and excited to find a Family Support Worker who has the ability to form outstanding relationships with children and get to he heart of each and every child in their care.

Your core duties will be:
Work with the Senior Leadership Team to provide family-centred support for children's learning.
Support school staff and provide signposting to services for families.
Promote positive learning behaviours in school.
Coordinate provision with the school's inclusion team.
Liaise with parents to support children's welfare and home-school liaison matters, while ensuring confidentiality and adhering to safeguarding guidelines.
