The Role: As the successful Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in handling a variety of legal matters, including: Managing a full caseload of matters such as freehold, leasehold, new build, shared ownership, transfers, remortgages, staircasing, and unregistered land Liaising with key stakeholders, including estate agents, solicitors, search agencies, mortgage lenders, and brokers Participating in business development and marketing opportunities, including attending events as required. About You: This position is ideal for qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives, and Licensed Conveyancers with a solid background in residential conveyancing, ideally with 2 years PQE. The ideal candidate will be: A proactive and self-motivated individual who is confident in managing a caseload independently, as well as working collaboratively with the team. Capable of building and maintaining lasting relationships with clients and other parties. Passionate about delivering exceptional client service and keen to engage in business development activities to help the firm grow.
