Skills and Responsibilities:
• Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effective coordination with teams spread across different locations. Clear and concise communication helps ensure everyone is aligned and on track.
• Remote Work Proficiency: Given the requirement for remote work, the ideal candidate should be experienced and comfortable with virtual collaboration tools, remote communication, and managing teams in a remote setting. Self-discipline and strong time management skills are also important.
• Project Management:
A solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and frameworks (such as PMP) is essential. This includes skills in planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and resource allocation.
Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities and communicate to stakeholders and other teams to drive resolution.
Plan, manage, and communicate end-to-end project plans with stakeholders and teams.
Perform day-to-day project check-in and update to manage project delivery and quality.• Process Development: The ability to design and implement efficient processes is valuable for streamlining administrative and coordination activities. The candidate should have a knack for identifying areas of improvement and optimizing workflows.
• Task Orientation: Being task-oriented means focusing on the details, setting clear objectives, and ensuring tasks are completed within the specified timeframes. Attention to detail, organization, and the ability to prioritize tasks are critical.
• Action-Led Approach: A proactive and results-driven mindset is beneficial for driving projects forward. The candidate should demonstrate a sense of ownership, take initiative, and be willing to make decisions and take action when necessary.
Required
• Experience with technical training programs and education systems.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 3+ year(s) work/applied learning experience in project management.
• Able to work a flexible work schedule across different time zones.
• Excellent understanding of how to use Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Planner, Project for the Web)
