Tenders Systems and Referrals Coordinator – Adults/Specialist Division Location: Remote home working Hours: 37.5 hours per week Salary: Depending on experience About the Role We are delighted to advertise an opening for Tender Systems and Referrals Coordinator, the right person will support the Adult Operational, Business Development Team and Referrals team in maximising occupancy and the conversion of placement across the regions core beds and new developments. Requirements for the role: A relevant professional background in Health & Social Care. Experience of working with LA framework portal. Familiarity with the referrals process within Social Care via Framework contracts Direct experience of working with and influencing at all levels within funding authorities. Manage external portal accounts, passwords and team access Lead on the identification and expressions of interest for relevant tenders to enable Tender Team to complete Triage/Tender Report Recording all new tender activity on Excel, updating as required Transferring all customer documents from the portal to the Bid Drive within existing folder structure as well as developing new efficient practices To develop systems and processes that are robust, effective that continue to reliably operate during times of annual leave, or absence Managing portal clarifications and communicating to tender team Quality checks – Using document checklist supplied by Tender team, ensure the documents uploaded by Tender team are visible and open correctly before submission on portals Chase and correctly file contracts relating to tender activity This is not an exhaustive list of duties and responsibilities.
