My client is one of the UK's leading energy suppliers, winning awards annually. Due to the growth of the business, there is a requirement for an Account Manager.
Reporting to the Team Leader, duties of this role will include:
1. Production of sales quotations and paperwork
2. Demonstrate advanced product knowledge to our TPI's
3. Achieve a personal new business and retention target set on a monthly basis
4. Support the launch of new products or services through effective internal and external communication
5. Develop strong relationships and act as primary liaison with TPIs and customers where required
6. Upsell products and services
7. Support back-office in providing aftersales support and customer care
8. Various standard and ad-hoc reporting
9. Attend off-site client meetings when required
The right candidate will be:
1. Self-motivated
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Good arithmetic skills
4. Computer literate with strong Excel and Outlook skills
5. Excellent attention to detail
6. Good at working as part of a team and individually
7. Excellent organisational and time management skills
