Overview:
We are recruiting for an individual to join our clients branch in Stoke-on-Trent in a Buyer / Internal Sales role.
Package / Benefits:

Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain successful partnerships with customers, colleagues and suppliers and focus on the achievement of long-term customer loyalty.
• Manage customer queries in relation to invoices, orders or stock.
• Collaborating with customers, colleagues and suppliers by supporting with promotions, sales events, supplier days and new product launches.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
• Placing and reviewing purchase orders with suppliers either on the phone, by email or direct online.
• Ensuring all records, systems and paperwork are kept up-to-date.
• Stock checks / control.
Skills / Experience:
• Electrical Wholesale experience.
• Good I.T. skills.
• Honest, reliable and a good level of mathematics.
• Able to work both alone and within a team.
