Job Description:
We need customer support specialists that can handle administrative tasks and account management (for Booking.com/Airbnb hosts) for my client in UK. The position is defined as Property Manager.
We are seeking a motivated Virtual Assistant/Property Manager to join our team. The Property Manager will be responsible for managing guest reservations, coordinating cleaning and maintenance services, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in property management or hospitality and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
Handle guest inquiries, bookings, and communication.
Coordinate cleaning schedules and property inspections.
Address guest issues and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor property performance and implement strategies to optimize revenue.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote properties and attract guests.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Knowledge of local regulations and industry best practices.
Proficiency with property management software is a plus.
We need fast, accurate and specialized members. It is mandatory to pass a short trial test / finish a task, that could last between 2-4 hours, with the possibility of extension to up to 1 week, if the candidate is involved in other projects, or not available to start immediately.
Please note that the job duration is from 1 month to ongoing / undefined, between 10-30 hours per week (4-8 hours per day).
