Due to a new company acquisition I have an exciting new role for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to work with a successful and scaling business in the Liverpool area.
Working on a hybrid basis (3 days in office and 2 days remote) you will provide face to face and remote 1st / 2nd line support to the newly acquired company. Alongside this you will take the lead on the project to audit / understand their current IT infrastructure and then help to migrate them across to their new parent businesses IT systems.
To be successful it is likely that you will have:
* 2 years' working in a 2nd line role
* A sound knowledge of cloud technologies, particularly Office 365 & Azure
* Networking fundamentals
* Excellent communication skills - customer centric
* Ideally qualified in ITIL v3 / v4 with Microsoft certifications
