Job Overview
We are recruiting for a Course Tutor/Clinical Psychologist to join our Centre for Psychological Health within Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust, linked to the University of Oxford Department of Experimental Psychology on a 12 month fixed-term contract. You'll plan, co-ordinate or monitor aspects of the academic, clinical and/or research activity of the doctoral course in a specialist field.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, organise and coordinate key aspects of the DClinPsych Training Programme
* Teach individuals and help them reach their full potential
* Work with the team to support development of the service
* Work with the lead for the People with Experience Group (PEG) to integrate personal experience matters throughout curriculum
* Keep up-to-date with knowledge of legislation, national and local policies
Qualifications
* Post Graduate Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (or its equivalent) as accredited/approved by the British Psychological Society/HCPC
* HCPC registration as Clinical Psychologist
Experience
* Established level of teaching experience and ability to teach and train others
* Experience of working at an appropriate organisational level within a NHS/University setting
* Experience of specialist psychological assessment and treatment of a variety of clinical presentations
