Brand & Campaign Marketing Manager
Salary: £34,500 - £44,850
Location: Cambridge (hybrid – minimum 2 days a week onsite)
Contract: Fixed term contract for 13 months, full time (35 hours a week)

The Brand and Campaign Marketing Manager is a creative marketer that advocates for brand, has a deep interest in brand marketing can tap into their understanding of our business and customer's needs. This is a 13-month maternity cover opportunity, which has a chance to help shape, define, collaborate on and execute brand campaigns during an exciting time, as we continue to embed our English brand for Cambridge.

About the role
As part of the Brand team, you will be at the epicentre of where we turn plans into action - creating and delivering brand campaigns across multiple touch points with clear objectives. You will be a key part of the team, ready to drive forward initiatives to raise awareness and build the emotional connections that will grow and embed our brand. You will be a key person in maintaining strong brand management, the development of key touchpoints like our catalogue and the execution of brand partnerships around the world.
The role requires a highly motivated individual with the ability to work within a team as well as on their own initiative. You will be fundamental to ensuring we deliver our intended outcomes and to interface daily with both internal stakeholders and our agencies and partners. You will be results driven, looking to demonstrate strong ROMI and collaborating with colleagues in Social and Insights in proving that.
About you
At the core of your experiences to date, you will have a strong track record in designing and delivering successful brand campaigns and activity tailored to relevant audiences/markets.
The ideal candidate for this position will be entrepreneurial and independent, but also incredibly effective at collaborating with cross-functional partners. They should be a curious, creative thinker and brand storyteller, ready to embed our new English branding for Cambridge both internally and externally.
Essential skills, knowledge and qualifications:
* Good experience of working in a brand-led environment whether client or agency side
* Experience in briefing and project managing brand campaigns
* Creating brand campaign marketing plans
* Good communication and presentation skills
* Experience in fully integrated campaign marketing across mediums like email, video, web
* Understanding of brand campaign KPIs
