The Role
We are looking for motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Agents to join our dynamic team. This role offers flexibility, with the option to work either 20 hours per week (part-time) or 40 hours per week (full-time), depending on your availability and preference.
As a Telemarketing Agent, you will be responsible for outbound sales calls on behalf of a diverse range of clients. Most of our clients are in the software industry, but we also work with supply-based companies. Your primary objective will be to engage potential customers, promote our clients’ products or services, and close sales or generate qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities:
* Outbound Sales Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing them to our clients' products or services.
* Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads, ensuring they meet the criteria set by our clients.
* Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the products or services you are promoting to effectively communicate their value propositions.
* Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with potential customers, addressing their needs and concerns to drive sales.
* Target Achievement: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to overall company success.
* CRM Management: Accurately record all interactions, outcomes, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
* Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance, feedback from prospects, and potential improvements to the sales process.
Requirements:
* Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, or a similar role is highly preferred.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and confident phone manner.
* Sales Skills: Strong ability to close sales and handle objections effectively.
* Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and stay motivated in a remote working environment.
* Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, telemarketing software, and other digital tools.
* Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to different client needs and product lines, with the ability to learn quickly.
Ideal Profile
* You have at least 1 year experience within a Telesales role, ideally within the Other Services industry.
* You have working knowledge of telemarketing and sales
* You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
* You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
* You are a strong networker & relationship builder
