Responsible for assisting with the data collection, analysis, and processing of drainage inspection information using Wincan software. This includes reviewing CCTV survey data, entering and validating survey results, and generating reports to ensure that drainage systems are properly assessed and maintained.
This role supports senior processors and engineers by ensuring accurate data processing, troubleshooting issues, and helping with the preparation of detailed reports to support effective decision-making and improve the management of drainage infrastructure.
Principal Accountabilities:
* Receiving works from site – Data collection.
* Working in conjunction with the operational side of the business.
* Data entry and updates using Excel, Access and all related software applications.
* Provide drainage reports in Wincan format.
* Maintain systems (recording, process, archiving).
* Analyse and resolve or report anomalies.
* Use CCTV data software to update information.
* Use GIS software as required.
* Following client specifications as necessary.
* Update confidential commercial information.
* Review CCTV footage to determine and approve the quality of the investigation and/or repair.
* Using software applications to produce plans.
About You
Desirable Qualifications & Professional Membership(s):
* Level 3 qualification in a relevant field (desirable).
* Basic understanding of the drainage industry.
* An understanding of data entry techniques and reporting standards.
* Ability to use GIS applications (Mapinfo/Infonet).
* Commitment to task completion.
* Able to work individually and within a team.
* Demonstrate own initiative.
* Analytical skills.
* Willing to carry out a range of duties as required by the business.
