Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity to join our Regional Sales Management team as the Regional Sales Manager - Molecular Solutions. The Opportunity In this role you will lead a team of Molecular and Pathology Sales Specialists to achieve commercial success and deliver a customer experience beyond expectations. Your Impact: Achieving Sales Growth: You will develop, implement and monitor the sales strategy to achieve our commercial profit and sales targets and expand market share. Developing Talent: As the Regional Sales Manager you will attract, develop, and retain a high-performing team members while promoting a culture of continuous learning and adaptability. Collaborative Networking: Success in this role will require building strong relationships across functions to support the creation and delivery of effective strategies. Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for developing and delivering a commercial strategy for our Molecular and Pathology portfolio aligned with the business plan. You will build trust and foster relationships across the organisation, essential to ensuring successful implementation of the regional and UK business plan, with a focus on leadership and talent development. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to shape the customer landscape, foster a strong sales cycle with your team that will drive access to Roche solutions, creating commercial opportunities that benefit our organisation, customers, and patients. You will focus on optimising our master opportunity and account data, and ensure effective use of our systems and tools. You hold a degree or have equivalent experience in healthcare, diagnostics or pharmaceuticals, with expertise in clinical sales, customer management and business development. You have a proven track record in a healthcare business function, demonstrating leadership, coaching and commercial insights.
