We’re a growing marketing agency based in Sawbridgeworth, Hertfordshire specialising in working with financial services, legal and accountancy companies.
Our business is very diverse – we act as the marketing department for businesses, as well as providing ad hoc marketing services such as copywriting, design, social media content etc. In addition, we have launched a content sharing platform enabling our client firms to engage more effectively with their existing clients (normally consumers) and help to acquire new clients.
Our clients include financial adviser networks, wealth managers, fund managers and law firms throughout the UK.
The Role
The role, within the corporate team, involves working in a client-facing capacity with a number of our key client companies, managing their marketing work, often to tight deadlines. To achieve this, you will be liaising with and briefing our teams of copywriters, designers and digital specialists so the job involves extensive multi-tasking and prioritising on a daily basis. Clear and frequent client communication is an essential part of the role. No two days are the same at TOMD!
We are looking for an individual who is a fast learner, uses their initiative and is interested in developing their marketing knowledge and skills. The ideal candidate will have some get up and go and a professional attitude, enabling them to provide the highest level of service to our clients.
Beneficial Attributes

* An understanding of the financial services industry, especially wealth management and distribution (e.g. networks and advisory businesses).
* Marketing experience and the ability to support specialist clients with their marketing strategy and activity.
It's a full-time role, which is split between home and office working. The office environment is friendly, collaborative and approachable, where we share ideas and work together closely.

The salary of up to £32,000, dependent upon experience.
