About the role
As Quality and Compliance Manager, you will join our Business Services team within Moorepay to drive the management of our quality framework across all locations (including UK, Kochi and Ireland) and to lead in the delivery of quality, compliance and audit activities for teams across Moorepay.
Communication skills are fundamental to this role, as it will be required to work closely with senior managers across the business, with the prime focus being to drive world-class service from each of the teams and clients. Ensuring the tracking of service delivery issues is robust and reviewing action plans with each business function is proactively undertaken to minimise reparative issues.
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who is highly organised, a strong communicator, and is happy working across a wide group of people and locations and has experience leading and driving quality, compliance and certification activities.
Skills & experience
* Proven experience in managing ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 audits. Relevant certifications in ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 are advantageous.
* Experience in quality management and/or information security roles, particularly in the context of cross site/country management of such activities.
* Experience managing third party provider relationships in respect of quality and compliance activities and audits.
* Demonstrates knowledge and experience in facilitating quality and compliance audits and assessments.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in English.
* Good organisational skills for leading and managing quality and compliance activities across a large and evolving organisation with proven ability to lead during periods of significant change and transition.
* Competent in proactively supporting and progressing issues raised in a timely manner with the ability to work efficiently and effectively with both customers and central group team.
* Excellent collaborative teamwork skills.
* Self-motivated/self-starter, proactive, accountable for continuous learning; willing to learn and understand evolving risk and compliance requirements.
* Ability to multitask in an ambiguous environment.
* A high level of attention to detail.
* The ability to work well with others and influence key stakeholders to ensure quality and compliance objectives are met.
* Action-oriented and collaborative team player.
* Have a reputation for accuracy that reinforces the sense of urgency that must be conveyed.
