Full time Office Administrator\n\nLocation: Brighton\n\nOffice based role\n\nHours: 9-5.30pm Monday to Friday\n\nStarting salary: £27000\n\nIf you are looking for a busy Administration support role based in a regional Brighton office each day, this is the job for you! The role will be to perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities You will be a key member of the Brighton team ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office. \n\n Key Responsibilities:\n\nAdministrative Support: Typing of correspondence, reports, minutes, answering and filtering calls, preparing photo schedules, contract documents, updating spreadsheets, Organising and storing documents electronically, maintaining contact lists\nProject support: making outbound telephone calls to book appointments for the surveying team and answering resident queries\nData entry: updating records and databases\nDiary Management: ensuring Outlook calendars are up to-date\nHealth & Safety: conduct a weekly visual electrical inspection\nBookkeeping: sub-consultant invoice approval process, oversee petty cash\nOffice Supplies: Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations\nSuppliers: oversee third party contractors for the office including cleaners and electricians\nQuality Assurance: Amending and formatting documents whilst undertaking quality checks to ensure that all documentation is consistent, up-to-date and complies with the Practice administrative standards and style guide.
This may include correspondence and documents and maintain spreadsheets and databases.Key Skills\n\nProficient with Microsoft suite\nPresentable and articulate communicator\nPrevious administration and customer service experience\nAbility to work under own initiative\nHigh attention to detail \n\nPlease be aware this advert will remain open until the vacancy has been filled.
