How You'll Contribute
* Plan and manage simple projects or assignments, ensuring key milestones are met.
* Conduct desk studies, including data collection, research, and site inspections.
* Organise and coordinate project resources, including third-party suppliers.
* Facilitate and deliver intrusive site investigations and environmental monitoring.
* Schedule and assess chemical and geotechnical testing data.
* Use software and technical guidance to analyse data and provide risk assessments.
* Prepare clear, structured reports that offer practical solutions to clients.
* Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety standards.
* Develop an in-depth understanding of geo-environmental and geotechnical legislation, standards, and best practices.
* Engage in professional communication with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
* Commit to continuous professional development (CPD) and knowledge-building.
Knowledge and Skills
* Degree in a relevant subject (Geo-Environmental, Geology, Earth Science, Civil Engineering, or similar).
* Strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A full UK driving licence.
* Flexibility to travel and occasionally work outside standard hours.
