We’re working with a digital-first bank, aimed at making money work more effectively for their customers – and they’re now looking for a Midweight Product Designer to join their team!
This client is a well-loved scaleup, going from strength to strength, and with some exciting plans for growth coming up, which this role is a big part of. And with a customer base of over half a million within the UK there’s a ton of scope your role could have here.
What will you be doing?
Within this role you'll be working on a complex section of their mobile app, leveraging their Design System but also evolving it.
Your day-to-day will include...
* Taking full ownership of the product experience from discovery and ideation to delivery and iteration.
* Crafting high-quality designs for experiences across all levels of fidelity.
* Conducting iterative testing, with a strong focus on meeting the needs of vulnerable customers.
* Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
* Showcasing designs and key milestones to peers and product stakeholders.
* Actively engaging with and contributing to the broader design community.
Who they're looking for:
* You have a strong portfolio showcasing your design process, visual expertise, and impactful outcomes.
* You've got solid native mobile app experience, ideally B2C
* You've got strong experience solving complex journeys, ideally within finance
* You've previously worked within an embedded Product team
* You're deeply committed to solving customer problems and building customer-centric products.
* You have experience working on ambitious projects involving multiple stakeholders.
* You're a strategic thinker who can identify and define opportunities within your product area.
* You have extensive research experience and leverage both quantitative and qualitative.
💸 Salary: Up to £70,000
