Our client is a well-established company based in the Great Barr area of Birmingham, due to expansion they are now looking for an experienced Administrator to join their existing team, helping customers across the West Midlands to benefit from boiler replacements under a government initiative.
The role:
* Data entry
* Customer service
* Paperwork - administration
* Reviewing qualifying benefit criteria and evidence
* Managing your own workload and working towards Service Level Agreements
* Attention to detail
* Organisation skills
The ideal candidate will:
* Friendly and approachable
* Works well in teams
* Computer literate
* Confident and has experience with in-house systems and databases
