Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of electrical engineering projects, from initiation to completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Ensure projects are delivered in compliance with industry standards and client specifications. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including clients, contractors, and stakeholders. Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing effective solutions. Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and clients. Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the project team. Skills & Experience Required Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager in the construction or engineering industry. Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, standards, and regulations. Excellent leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
